I try not to bump unless if I have to and even then I only bump it once and thats it!

There are "common sense" rules.

If your thread isn't getting attention in the morning, try the late afternoon or evening.

When you bump your own post, add information that may be of interest. Perhaps your title or first post just isn't interesting - edit it and try again to make it "fresh".

Good points apoppin! Thats what I normally try to do! I give it till it goes right to the bottom or about 8 hours before I do a Bump and add info!
