Not that I know of and believe me ... I've looked. There are some "drivers" that someone ripped of the CD of WinXP Build 2442 but they don't work for me. Some people say they work with Q3, but I wouldn't know. Nobody knows if they are going to make any. :|

Yes, the built in 3dfx drivers do run Quake3, but they are glitchy (Quake2 shows this). WinXP is the next incarnation of Win2K/NT, so just like you use 95/98 drivers on ME, you'll typically use Win2K drivers on XP. The 3dfx Win2K drivers have more trouble though :(

Someone told me that nVidia is sueing microsoft inorder to force them not to bundle stable, quality drivers with WinXP.. Since they own 3dfx, they want to FORCE people to buy their products.

There was an internet petition somewhere about this..

My thoughts, Why would you have bought a 3dfx product, UGH :p :p :p

Because some people don't throw away old hardware! A GeForce3 doesn't have a home on a Celeron system with a 440BX motherboard :)
WinXP is great for taking advantage of my dual Celerons while providing slightly better compatibility than Win2K. Works spiffy with 512MB RAM, but still a big performance hit.
Even then, I'm still going to have to buy an nVidia product for it just because 3dfx & ATI don't support multi-processor 3D apps & I need to squeeze a little more out of Quake3 (/r_smp crashes on all consumer non-nvidia cards :(). That's what the GeForce2MX was made for (Despite it's nomination for "Most useless hardware of 2001" in these forums).

For now it's making a very good dual-CPU WinXP test system, Internet gateway, and soon... VPN server so I can get around the proxy at work :) Despite that, I'd raher play UT onthis system than on my GeForce3 PC! Honestly though, I think I do have more computers than I can handle, but my twin brother can take care of those :)
