Are there any Win2k Virtual Memory tips?

I have 256MB with Win2k. The VM is currently set at 384-768MB. Anyone know of some better settings? Appreciate any info.
 
I did some research on that also and have the same amount of ram 256mb
I set my pagefile at 200min and 200max. Seems to work fine at that
setting.
