Are there any websites with that can compare speeds of older video cards to new ones ?

I remember a while back on the forums somebody was asking to borrow some older cards so they could create some charts to compared older video cards to newer ones, and was wondering if anybody knew if there was a website that had such comparisons ?

My wife mostly plays WOW, and currently has a ATI X800 video card. I saw the $30 ATI 3650 on newegg, and wondered if this would be much of an upgrade for her.

Toms Hardware has some charts that do that...not sure they go all the way back to X800 though.

I'm pretty sure its at least 2x as fast. The X800 was around 6600GT speeds and the HD3650 is around a 7900gt IIRC. Even if I'm wrong, I'm sure the HD3650 would be a big upgrade. We've come a long ways since the X800 days.

i wouldn't consider that much of an upgrade
I'd recommend getting atleast a 3850 or 4850
those two cards you listed have almost identical memory bandwidth. the 3850 will have double the memory bandwidth of the x800

3650 is definitely faster, but not a massive upgrade.

Here is the comparison chart you're looking for. Goes back all the way to Rage/TNT cards.
