Are there any websites that sell PC100 SDRAM at a reasonable price?

FS/FT forum. Crucial.com memory selector. Anything new and cheap is probably high density that won't be recognized properly on old motherboards.

If availability is an issue, you should still be able to use PC133 interchangeably, just not at the higher clock setting.

Not in older motherboards -- read a few of the threads in General Hardware about "my new 128 MB RAM only shows as 64 MB!!!!!!!!!"

Even PC100 can be high density (will only detect half its rated capacity). Make sure you know what you're getting!
