Are there any web proxys that simulate dialup speed so a web developer can see how his page loads?

I've never heard that term before, but if it means what I think it means, jsut use QoS or bandwidth limiting to try it out on a local pc

IIS will let you bandwidth throttle web sites, so you could just crank it down to dial up speed and test it on the LAN
