Are there any web-based bittorrent clients?

I was wondering is this is at all possible, and if any bit torrent clients are designed or can be configured to do so?

Doesn't Opera have a built-in BT client?

Whats your goal?

You can run uTorrent from a exe if you want from say a usb thumb drive or whatever if you're trying to avoid installing a torrent app on a PC.

Im trying to disguise torrent downloads as internet requests (like dowloading from the web; i.e. right click "save as" type stuff). I know I just can;t set my client to the internet port. Beyond that, I'm not sure what to try.
