Are there any Voodoo3 overclocking utilities for Win2K?

I've finally made the move to Windows2000 Professional on one of my boxes and I love it! The only hitch is that I can't find any Voodoo3 overclocking utilities for Win2K. Can anyone help me out?

Will that really work? Does a Win98 application run in Win2K because it's 32-bit?

It worked for me in windows 2000.
