No, but if you want to upgrade your CPU you can buy an FC-PGA Celeron or PIII and a slocket with Vcore jumpers like the MSI MS-6905 Master.

This will work fine (more or less) as long as if you have Asus P2B 1.02 or later and update your BIOS to 1011 or 1012.
