Are there any USB2.0 card that have headers on them?

I just bought one of those internal USB2.0 card readers, which connects to USB headers. I have an Asus A7M266, so it doesn't have onboard 2.0, but I do have an add-in card. I never looked, but just assumed that the card had headers on it, but it does not. Are there any add-in cards that do have pins rather than just an internal port? I know I could get a different motherboard but I'm not looking to upgrade for a while and it seems silly to replace the motherboard just to gain the USB2.0. Thanks!

I wished the industry had settle on some standard for internal USB connectors. It's a pain. I have a motherboard that has a non-standard internal USB block pin layout. My case comes with a USB cable that has lots of little tiny connectors. And my USB cards have the internal port.

Yeah, my case is a Lian-Li and has those small connectors too, which don't fit on my asus board. I just saw at Newegg they have an A7V8X refurb for $69, I might just pick that up.
