Are there any single cpu motherboards with 64bit pci slots?

I've never seen (in recent times) any non-SMP chipset that supports 64bit PCI slots.

While the Intel i8xx series *can* support 64bit PCI slots with the addition P64H Hub (in addition to the MCH and the ICH), I've never seen anyone implement it on anything but the i840 and i860 series. I haven't seen it at all on VIA, ALi or SiS chipset based systems, so that leaves AMD and ServerWorks.

I know Tyan is coming out with this board that supports a single p4, but it isn't out yet. Can a single cpu be used in a dual Athlon MP board?

As stated in your other thread, you don't require a 64bit slot for what you are trying to do. 64bit 33MHz cards are backwards compatible. The additional bus width is for increased performance which isn't an issue for your setup.
