Are there any scanners that can hook up to laser printers for instant copying

I have a nice old HP Laster 6MP, its old, but works decent and i have like probably a lifetime of toner for it. I've had lots of old crappy scanners and it was pretty ridiculous to copy documents with them. I also have an Epson CX3000 that is all in one, but its still pretty slow to do copies and drinks ink like nothing when copying.

Are there any auto feeding scanners out there or any easy options for copying?

That's really more of a software thing than it is a hardware thing. I have an Epson Perfection 1670 and it came with software that did copies. You might want to search out some free software that'll do the job. The only program that a quick google search brought up was Simple Copier, pretty old program though and hopefully there's something newer. You may want check the manufacturer website for your scanner and see if they have a free download that does the same thing.
