Are there any Rental car for people under 21?

I'm just curious.
Are there any rental car around US for people under 21?
also, is it possible to rent a car from Seattle and bring it over Vancouver?

Hell, there are a lot of car rental places that will not rent to you until you are 25.

pecel - This question was asked recently (cannot locate thread) and a forum member said he was able to rent a car even though he was under 21. It seems only local car rental places (not national) will do this and it costs more than it would a 25 year old. If you are 21 or older Enterprise will rent to you. Look in your local Yellow Pages phone book and you'll have to call around. Seattle, WA to Vancouver, WA is probably ok but I highly doubt they'll let you drive from Seattle, WA to Vancouver, BC since it's outside of the USA.

A had a rental car in my name from the local Enterprise dealership at age 17 or 18 (can't remember which). Some old dude came flying out from a side street and smacked my old car. I had a rental Dodge Stratus for a whole month. Everyone at school was so suprised that I had been given a rental car at such an early age.

You can rent one of those Mercedes/Swatch smart cars in Germany if you're 18

I remember the old thread that talked about this and IIRC the consensus was that New York was the only state that had companies renting to 18 yr olds. It was expensive as hell for them to rent though.
