Are there any reasonably cheap 19" LCDs with built in scaling options?

19" would be a good size for my secondary monitor, but all 19" monitors (besides widescreens) have 5:4 aspect ratios and I want my second monitor to have 4:3 aspect ratios to use it for older games.

Are there any reasonably priced options for this? I'm pretty sure some of the older Dells did this right? Am I going to have to look for a used one of those or does dell have some newer monitors with these options?

I'll probably end up looking for a good deal on one of the 4:3 20" LCDs but I don't really need anything that quite that big for the secondary monitor. A 15" 1024x768 LCD would do the job well enough...but those seem to be hard to find used for some reason! The new ones on newegg go for a mere $20 less then the newer 20" 1400x1050 ones.

As for driver scaling - I am done with that bullshit. ATI will probably never get it done and if nvidia ever fixes it I'm sure they'll break it again in a couple months!
