I've heard some talk either way... I want a KT133a board since they're popular and cheap - unless I move to DDR. We'll see....

Any conflicts between Radeon LE and KT133A boards? *Win98*

There are no standing hardware incompatibilities with current VIA KTxxx chipsets. Just make sure, as always, that you download and install the very latest non-beta drivers from the manufacturer's offical site for all your hardware. That includes your chipset.

I tried this combo out on a new machine I was building for my buddy last week and failed to get this combo to work. I had the lastest drivers and did install everthing in the correct order after installing Win98. The card worked but was very unstable in gameplay. I Replaced it with a Geforce 2 Ultra MX and the machine ran rock stable through every toture test I put it through for a week..

Hmmm..... what would be a better board to run the LE on? Intel platform? :-/ P3's are expensive here... 🙁

There are no problems at all,in fact it runs much better than my MX i had before.

It's very nice & fast and stable on my MSI K7T-Turbo (kt133a).

I never ran into a problems with Radeons on Intel 815 boards. When I RMA the Radeon Le back to MWAVE, They claimed that that alot of people have had this problem with this chipset and vid card so they waved the 15% restock fee for me.
