Are there any progs that analyze web sites and give statistics???

Statistics like number of pages, pictures ect.... I need it for marketing research.

I have used frontpage in the past to manage some smaller websites and it has a reports section that will give you these types of statistics.

I guess you need to analyze competitors' websites? You can search google for a site downloader, which will download all the assets of a site to your local machine, then you can use windows search (search for *.html, *.gif, etc) to find the # of each type of object.
