Are there any programs that disables certain ISP's annoying disconnection prompt?

My old ISP never gave me this problem, but unfortunately they went bankrupt. Now I connect to the internet via Microsoft's Dialup networking with two ISP's, Juno and Earthlink. However, after being connected for an hour, an annoying prompt comes up displaying "You will be disconnected from the internet in 45 seconds if you do not click 'stay online'", or something similar to that. That happens every hour.

Now, my problem is that when downloading huge files (like 60+ megs and higher), it takes more than an hour to download and I usually leave my computer to let it download while I do other things. When I comeback I find the download failed because that annoying prompt disconnects from the web.

So, are there any programs that counters that prompt? I know there are similar hacks to combat AOL's prompts but those are for AOL only, I do not know of any for just dialup networking. Download managers (like smartdownload or netzilla) don't even recover it after being disconnected and I have to start the download back from scratch.

If anyone knows of such a program that disables/prevents the disconnection prompt, or a download manager that's capable of resuming disconnected downloads, or even a third party ISP that for a fact doesn't annoy the user with such hourly checks, please let me know.

Try going into Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections. Click on Settings in the middle of your screen and then click on advanced. Make sure there is not a checkmark in `disconnect when the connection may no longer be needed`

Other ways to try to get rid of it is to dial directly through Dial Up Networking instead of using Internet Explorer itself to dial the internet
