Are there any playlist making software?

Ok I have a pretty large music collection. I have sorted it using iTunes. So it is sorted like this:

D:/Music/Artist/Album/Song

I am looking for software that I could select D:/Music and then click create html file or something and have it output an HTML file kinda like Winamp does. I would use Winamp but Winamp seems to freak out after about 10,000 Songs
