Are there any plans for phones with a keyboard + xenon flash?

Looking to replace my HTC 8525, but also want a digital camera, and thought it'd be great if I could have both in one. My only requirements for a new phone would be:

-3g capabilities
-physical keyboard, or a good touchscreen one like the VU/iPhone
-xenon flash
