are there any pci-e USB 3 card available that can charge ipad?

Does any one here know of high power usb3pci-e card than can genrate 2amps to charge an Ipad?

I would imagine that any of the cards with auxiliary Molex or SATA power connectors could do it, but I have no specific info.
