Are there any PC2700 DIMM's rated at 2-2-2?

All i can find is 2.5 - 3 - 3, or 2 - 3 - 3.

My Samsung original will do 2-2-2 up to around 175MHz. Right now I am 2.5-3-3 @ 200MHz.

I'm sure the Samsung is rates 222. I had my 1 x 256 up to 200 at 233 though it wouldn't do 222 at that speed. Wish SVC would get off their butt and send the 1 stick they forgot too called adn bitched looks like i'm gonna have to call again!

corsair XMS is PC2700 CL2, they have 128MB 256MB and 512MB versions of the chips.

The jedec spec for cas 2 pc2100 is iirc 2-3-3 so 2-2-2 is not a official pc2100 spec

Corsairs will run at 222 at 166MHz. You are looking for the 3000C2 models.
