Are there any PC2700 DIMM's rated at 2-2-2?

My Samsung original will do 2-2-2 up to around 175MHz. Right now I am 2.5-3-3 @ 200MHz.
 
I'm sure the Samsung is rates 222. I had my 1 x 256 up to 200 at 233 though it wouldn't do 222 at that speed. Wish SVC would get off their butt and send the 1 stick they forgot too called adn bitched looks like i'm gonna have to call again!
 
Corsairs will run at 222 at 166MHz. You are looking for the 3000C2 models.
