Are there any PC-to-Phone services that you recommend?

If so, which ones?

I have been wanting to give this a try.

I no longer use the telephone, so I can't give a personal recommendation, but my friend Suzanne has been very pleased with Net2Phone. Suzanne's husband travels a lot on his job, and this service has enabled them to stay in touch.

If you're not on a broadband connection, don't even try it. I hang up immediately when one of those calls come in.

I have used net2phone as well and been pleased with it.

Yeah, broadband helps a lot.......even then there's a second lag and it gets kinda annoying on lengthy telephone calls. I use DialPad.com and it works pretty well for me.
