Are there any other options besides the 9600XT for a passively cooled card for under $200?

That is, are there any other options that are still good cards

*edit* Yes, I'm talking about the Sapphire Ultimate Edition that sells for $174 shipped at Newegg.(Are there better deals out there?)

I'd say buy a used 9700 Pro and slap an Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer on there. Not Silent, but supposedly close--and it will allow for some nice OCing, and probably cool the case slightly, too.

A 9800 pro is going to be well over $200 after you slap on a silent aftermarket cooling solution. GG.
I don't know of anything that's passively cooled that would be a better deal than the 9600XT Ultimate. A 9700 pro with silent cooling would do well, though.
