Are there any other *large* forums where anything goes?

I am looking to add another forum to my list.. I am after a forum where anything goes.. Not really after the Warez scene, but if it was a part of it (a part that I don't have to participate) that would be ok.. More after something like ATOT, but very loose on the rules..

</U>Off-topic is slow a lot of time. Causes a lot of frustration. Used to be that anything would go. Rasicm, sexism, cussing, anything. But then things cooled down. It is still fun though. Cost $5.95 to register

 
forums.somethingawful.com specifically the FYAD forum. Literally, EVERYTHING goes. I am not exaggerating. Registration is 10 bux, for a lifetime.
