Are there any MP3 Players for your car?

I saw a couple of them but I didn't really get it, how do you install them into your car. Do you have to take out your current audio player for your car and then put the MP3 player one in there? So what do you do about the radio and such??

mp3 cdplayers for cars is a cd player that plays mp3's and has a radio

there are like 8 now i believe but the JVC KDSH 99 has the best ratings of any i have seen
