Are there any MP3 "cd changers" for cars?

I have read the articles about in dash MP3 players, but I have not seen anything about MP3 "cd changer"? I assume they could work with either a CD or a hard drive, but I would think a hard drive option would be a lot cooler! It would be awesome if there was one that you could purchase without a hard drive but an interface for a standard IDE drive, where you could copy your songs to your nice big drive, and pop it in the changer unit. The reason I am wondering is that I payed a lot of cash for my current Pioneer head unit, and I don't want to get rid of it. And on the other hand I would really like to not have to change CD's all the time. It seems like a cd head unit and "MP3 Changer" would be the best of both worlds. Any info would be appriciated!

-Thanks

Here's one:

Link to EMpeg

Edit:

Oops. I guess this is what you called an indash MP3 player... well it comes with a hard drive. I'm not sure that I know what you are asking for. One that take MP3 CD-R's?

What I am looking for is a MP3 player that stores MP3s on a hard drive which acts exactly like a car cd changer which in turn interfaces with a standard in-dash cd player(like my pioneer unit).(phew!)

Not Cd-changers...
Rockford Fosgate make one that uses momory cards. The unit is pretty cheap, but the cards are *Yikes*.

As of now only 2 in-dash MP3 players are avialable: AIWA CDC-MP3 and Kenwood z919
Nothing else, no in-dash, no changers.
MP3 changer would be no so bad: ~10 hours per disk x 12 disks=120 hours.
The problem will be how find a song from few hundred while driving!
