I'm sure this has been said above, but I'd bet the only films without women are under 'gay porn' at your local sex shop.

women may make less than men, but that's because they, on the average, don't act like men and thus don't take the high-stress-high-risk portions of "equal work" and thus, rightfully, don?t get, on average, equal pay.

But when you factor for all of the aspects of ?equal work? you?ll find that the market system has already created a situation that forces a competitive company to offer ?equal pay?
