Are there any known issues with Seagate 7200.11 drives?

still no problems with d2d2d external freeagents 7200.11's. just had a ES2 fail on me after a year but the controller cache failed (p400) so it may have been related.
 
Why not just buy a 500 gb seagate 7200.12? I have one and it's pretty fast, but most of all it's dead silent and very cool. Now I've had it 6 months it could develop issues later but so can anything.

Price I paid was 45$ CDN. You can get it under 50$ and get way more storage.

Also there 500gb single platter which is awlays a bonus on the heat/noise/vibration front.
