Are there any home remedies to get rid of a stuffed nose?

Besides that medicine you can shoot up your house to clear it, anything else? I've blown my nose numerous times and it clears up and then the other side gets plugged. It's so irritating! I can't even taste my God damn food. And I'm at work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
