to the best of my knoledge wearing headphones while driving is illegal in every state ( I know it is here in IL )

I would assuem they make them though, as some vand some with a second stero in the back with headphones for the kids. Those may just be an adapter though.

My Aiwa In-Dash MP3 CD player does, of course you wouldn't need the MP3 player anymore. :)

He doesn't want to connect headphones. He wants to connect his MP3 player to his car stereo and listen over the car speakers.

All I can find is ones with fron min-jack's

Like this

All AiWA one's have that too I think.

All you need is an RCA to mini jack converter.. like the ones used for computer soundcard input

I figured he need just a cable with 1/8" mini-jack on both ends since he'd probably be connecting the MP3 Player to the head unit via the headphone jack most likely.

i'd recommend just getting an MP3 deck.. much easier. You can get one for the same price if not cheaper then a regular deck anyways.. look into the JVC line, they are highly recommended. If not, Aiwa makes a lot of decks with line in inputs on the front

That's what I would do also.

I have had the original Aiwa MP3 player for 2+ years now and it has served me well but if I were going to get a new one I'd get a JVC as a first choice. The Aiwa MP3 Players are cheaper but are still pretty good IMO so if money were an issue you could still consider one of them over the JVC.

Hopefully my Aiwa will last many more years 'cause I don't want to shell out money for a new head unit. :)
