what im thinking is, is there such thing as a disk imaging software that can make harddisk images of clients pcs and then store them on a server and then you can remotely restore the computer through the network?
 
Sure Ghost, Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery (used to be LiveState), Acronis, Microsoft Vista (built in backup) with Windows Home Server all do that.
 
Yeah, You can do that with all of those tools. At work, we used to use Ghost though PXE boot. Worked like a charm.
