Are there any H.264 encoding appas available yet?

I have googled for them, but I don't see any apps available, except handbrake, which appeasr to be linux and Mac OS only. Any windows apps?

I was about to say I knew of a few for linux...

PM Goosemaster, he knows a LOT about h.264.

Go over to Doom9 they have info on all of the H.264 encoders available (Mainconcept and Sorenson also have windows encoders available). Note that they are both pretty expensive $300 or more.

Doom9 has some free tools available on their site.

Yeah I have been to doom9, but I can't seem to find any info or tools for H.264. I do see some X.264, which i guess is a branch of it, but it says its still kinda unstable.
