Are there any good free web-based DVR services I could use with a HTPC?

Tivo is going to ass rape me over a second box and requires a whole second monthly subscription fee to add that service. I refuse to pay. I have an extra PC laying around here I have kinda been planning on turning into a HTPC anyway. Anyone have info on web based DVR service without a monthly service fee?

SageTV has an up front fee but not monthly fee. And there's a Web App for it. It's what I use.
