Are there any good car waxes out there?

My girlfriend's car has been taking a beating in the sun and it looks like the paint is looking a little dull. I washed it several times but the black doesn't look as glossy as it was when she first got it. I do not feel like spending the day to wax it using my hands/buffer. I used to try those spray on waxes and they worked for only a week tops. Has anything new come out that will do the job? What is this Mr.Clean wash I keep seeing commercials for.
Thanks

Go to the McGuire's web site. They have a "wax selector" application that will recommend a good wax program based on your selections.

McGuire's has some pretty decent stuff.

2ndly it's black, no spray on wax will do it any good

3rd, it's black, and you're not willing to spend the time on it, so a normal wax job won't help it much either

so basically, you're screwed

if you don't want to put the time into it/aren't paying a guy to detail it, black is the worst color to have
