Are there any good Bike maintenance resources online?

About 3 months ago I bought a Specialized Allez sport triple to help with my triathlon training, and I've put about 900 miles on it so far.

I want to make sure that I keep my bike in good shape, but I don't really want to have to pay to take it to the bike shop and have them do maintenance on it every month. I was hoping that I could do some of the minor things myself, but I don't even know what needs to be done.

Are there any good how to's online for this kind of thing?

Here is something you should consider doing yourself AT A MINIMUM

Every few rides, hose off your bike and wipe it down - don't spray the bottom bracket!

Then spray down the chain and sprocket with simple green and wipe off all the excess with a rag. (this works too)

Relube your chain and spin it through all the gears.

Do you have any recommendations on chain lube?
