are there any George Foreman Grill knockoffs?

Why would you buy a knockoff, aren't these things cheap enough? I've seen the personal sized ones going for $20....

Just make sure to get one w/ removeable hotplates. Those things can be a bit#h to clean.

Yes, I bought a knockoff made by Hamilton Beach. It is one of the larger ones and is very similar to the Foreman grill (removable plates). About 12 dollars less than the Foreman grill.

I believe I have the same one. It has a thermostat and is very well made. I paid around $30 for it when I bought it, but the Foreman model would have been arounf $70. (and didn't have a thermostat)

Nice price but why the heck wouldn't they make it drain to the front of the grill!

Hamilton Beach

That's a little different than the Hamilton beach that I have. You might want to check a Wal Mart B&M. Mine looks identical to the large white George Foreman.

Do you happen to have a model number?

I can't see any problem with the way it drains. When you're done just slip the grease catcher out, rinse it and toss it in the dishwasher.

It doesn't look like it is slanted so that the grease drains to the front.

Maybe it drains to one of the sides.
