are there any games that use dx9?

just curios, i have not heard of any and i was wondering if there were any on the market that uses direct x 9, cause i wanna see how good it looks.
i know there is 3dmark2003, but that is not technically a game.

NASCAR 2003 and Splinter Cell both ship with DX9. Papyrus states that if ya don't have DX9, to run NASCAR 2003 in OpenGL (which reduces the quality of the graphics IMO,) I am not sure if any part of SC is DX9 capable, but I have to admit, SC looks real good the way the shadows and lighting come into play.

Yes, it requires directx9, but I don't think it would be necessary, since the game was under development for about 4 years before release, and I don't think the developers were expecting directx9 to sort any kind of problem ... it's also a Microsoft game, so it's obvious they were releasing it with the lattest directx behind ... marketting purposes :) ... and some improvements by using the lattest version.

Well, directx9 is here, so "The Show Must Go On!" ;)
