Are there any free websites where I can upload/share a 4GB file?

I have a 4GB folder I'd like to be able to post so a few dozen people can download it. All of the freebie sites like Rapidshare and Megaupload seem to be limited to 200MB files. Is there any similar hosting service for a large file?
 
Lol, umm probably not ... there are cheap hosting plans that give you that much space ... look at hostgator and others.

Agreed, you are looking at transfering several 100gb of info and i doubt very much you are going to find a free way to do it without a lot of hassle.
