There used to be a program called TINRA (This Is Not Real Anymore or something like that). Not sure if that still exists but it simply turned a real audio or video file into a wav or avi as I recall

I just tried Real7ime Converter (FREEWARE) and it works with audio streams too! You should have Real Player or Real Alternative installed.

I think, don't hold me to this, but I think you can open RealMedia with AviSynth as a DirectShow source, provided you have RealAlternative installed.
