Are there any former child beauty pagent contestants here?

There's a special on HBO2 right now about child beauty pagents. There are these two gay guys who groom little kids for the big-time pagents. To say it's hilarious is an understatement. I guess they make good money doing it because those two gay guys live in a huge mansion.

I wonder what effect if any being a child beauty queen has on a kid.
