Are there any DVR + DTV antenna boxes?

Right now with cablevsion I'm paying about $32/mth for just basic tv and a HD DVR. It seems a bit silly to be but haven't been able to find a good substitute.

Only problem is it costs as much as a decent HTPC.

That would be fine as long as it was solid. $32x12 = $384, so that would almost pay for itself. Not good reviews for it on Amazon though 2.5 stars.

EyeTV 3 (http://www.elgato.com/elgato/na/mainmenu/products/software/EyeTV3/product1.en.html and http://eshop.macsales.com/search/elgato or Amazon / eBay used market or Apple Refurb store),usb tuner or something like Silicon Dust HD Homerun, and a Mac Mini (the old school ones are fine, low $200 range, but exhaust fan and hard drive might be noisy if you use them in a very quiet room)?
