All I see are MBs from Tyan and SM. On the intel side you have Asus. AMD (server) processors are cheaper so why don't they exist?

The market isn't big enough to support the design effort. That's why Quad FX stopped.

Quad FX was for enthusiasts?

EDIT: I meant to ask, wasn't the FX processors the equivalent of Intel's Extreme processors? But if you already have a server processor market that's doing well, why can't the MB manufacturers just make a (cheaper) board for those who aren't really interested in servers?
