Are there any Digital speakers that hook "DIRECTLY" to the Audigy's Digital out?

I've been looking at digital speakers for my new Audigy and I have noticed that most, if not all, use an SPDIF connection. But the Audigy dose not have an SPDIF connector. Do I have to purchase some type of converter?, what can I do/buy do get digital sound?.

dont ya just use a spdif to 1/8 convertor?

that's what im using on my soundworks digital and sb live 5.1 mp3+

male big black thing going into the sub, the other end is a 1/8 male going into the digital out of the sb card.

I guess so, I had no clue there was a convertor like that though, do you know where I can find one?, or are they standerd with speaker packages?.

bdog231, one of those converters came w/ my speakers made by Creative.

Ok cool, I was planing on maybe getting some black Altec Lansings, do you think they'll come with the converter?

no idea, but i dont imagine one would cost more than 1 or 2$. just dont get one at wal-mart. try any regular audio type store.
