Are there any devices that converts Digital Audio from CableBox/T.V. to the digital out on a sound card?

CATV digital audio outs are the same SPDIF type of output as the SPDIF out on a sound card.

you're title says "convert output to output". what exactly do you want to do here?

well, do you have a SPDIF in on your sound card? what kind of sound card is it by the way?

if not, then you could always simply run the TV's audio out into your sound card's line in.

this would be the "analog" way of doing things

digital coaxial? with the live drive on the sound blaster you can record through digital coaxial and optical connections.
