Are there any decent DDR400 Core 2 Duo motherboards out?

I have lots of really good DDR ram and since i'm going for low power 24/7 operation, i don't need whatever DDR2 will bring. Are there any decent DDR1 motherboards for Core2?

i am currently using an ecs p4m800pro-m v2 and an e6300. it's a not a very good overclocker, considering it's a via chipset, but it's been very stable. i haven't had one crash yet. i think i've got the fsb at 250 or so, 2ghz

is the agp slot on that asrock mobo a 8x or 4x? seems somewhere i saw that it was only a 4x. im waiting on the rediculous prices of ddr2 to come down before i make my upgrade. i have 2 gigs of 400 right now that's keeping me satisfied, and i got it very cheap.

The AGP slot is 8x ... the PCIE graphics slot is only four lanes, not the full 16. Now, this particular VIA chipset is the /only/ P4 chipset out there that does AGP and PCIE, so it's not like there's going to be a better choice ;)

You can give this one a shot if it ever comes back in stock. It uses the Via P4M890 chipset and supports DDR and DDR2. It has integrated graphics (though it has a PCIE X16 slot as well) which would save you some bucks too if you're just going for 24/7 low power. It seems to review fairly well if you look through the user reviews.

lol!

In addition to several with VIA chipsets (P4M800PRO, P4M890, and PT880 PRO/ULTRA), there are some Conroe + DDR supporting Intel 865 boards out there, too.

This one is in stock, and its the same motherboard (rebranded ECS P4M890T):

ABIT IP-95 LGA 775 VIA P4M890

Damn son look what you did.

There are DDR1 motherboards for Core 2, yes, but as to "decent" DDR1 motherboards? ;)

I'd say bite the bullet and go DDR2. It's just a matter of time and if you stay with DDR1 now you'll end up changing your motherboard if you upgrade your CPU.

it just all depends on what he's goin to be doing. the only reason i have this mobo now is because i got it free with the processor, and ddr2 is expensive. plus, i would've had to upgrade my video card.
