are there any compatibility issues with a Diamond V770 RIVA TNT2 Ultra 32mb agp 2x 4x, working in a 754 board ?

I'm currently using a TNT2 M64 card in my new rig, because the new graphics still has not arrived. I'm considering to cancel my order and find a different place for an Asus or Sapphire ATi X800XT (PE or non-PE). Ah well. *_*

Anyway, it'll work fine.

I think that is the same model I had, and it was a 3.3v only card, so you can't use it in most modern boards. I could be mistaken about the model though so hunt up the specs on it and find out.
