Are there any compaines making a 'new' slotkit that will allow Tualatin PIII to work on slot 1 boards?

All the reviews on this CPU mention that current s370 boards cannot handle it (because of the different pin-out & voltage requirements). Wouldn't a re-designed slotkit allow those of us who still have a slot 1 PIII board to use these new CPU's? I have yet to find an article on this CPU that even mentions slot 1 board possibilities (they all mention that current s370 boards cannot do it). The slotkit can allow voltage adjustment to be done by jumper & can direct the pinouts to where ever they need to go. I cannot see why my workhorse VT6X4 cannot handle one of these with a 'new' slotkit.

There might also be a chance at modding a current slocket or FC-PGA board to accept one. When FCPGA replaced PPGA TomsHardware put up an article on how to mod a PPGA slocket or motherboard to accept an FC-PGA processor. It entailed soldering a wire between two pins on the cpu socket and removing one pin from the CPU. Pretty simple.
