Are there any cheap Directv w/OTA HDTV receivers?

Hey, I get directv but not the local channels and just got an HDTV. Are there any receivers that will do directv plus local channel HDTV? Also does anyone know/remember how much directv charges to get the like 3 channels of HDTV per month? Thanks

Oh and also by cheap I mean under 400 dollars (is that possible at this point, I remember seeing regular HDTV receivers open box at 200 bucks at CC)
