I can't think of any off the top of my head, but with a little work it shouldn't be that difficult to modify a case to be very effective at filtering dust. It'd just be a matter of creating a positive pressure airflow setup and then installing dust filters on all your intake fans.
You can do it with a negative pressure setup as well, but it's more difficult, as air/dust will be pulled in through any tiny openings in the case. You'd have to go through and make sure you put electrical tape (or duct tape, whatever) over any openings that aren't filtered.
Basically, the idea is to force all inlet airflow through filters. 🙂
