Are there any budget cpu coolers that are worth it?

I was going to stop by microcenter later and saw that they have wuite a few cpu coolers, and since I am still using the stock intel one I thought maybe one would be worth it.

arctic freezer pro is pretty good for it's money. What's budget though? 50$ for a cooler isn't all that much in the bigger picture of a 1000$ costing pc.
 
Cheapest good one is probably going to be the Artic Freezer Pro 7. Used to be you could get it for mid $20s. Not sure what its going for now. Shop around.
